We may also receive booking and contact information from the third-party platform through which You made Your Booking.
Our Legal Basis for Processing
We process Your personal data on the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract: to accept and manage Your Booking, process payments, and provide accommodation services.
Legal obligation: where processing is necessary for Us to comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations, or to respond to lawful requests from competent authorities.
Legitimate interests: to prevent fraud, verify the identity of guests, protect Our properties and guests, investigate incidents, enforce Our Booking Terms & Conditions, and improve Our services — carried out in a way that does not override Your rights and interests.

We use Your data to: confirm and manage Your Booking; verify Your identity at check-in; process payments, deposits and refunds; investigate and resolve damage, incident or complaint reports; communicate with You before, during and after Your stay; comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and, where You have consented, send You marketing communications about Livra Estate.
